How long does it take to receive my order?
Each mat is made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your mat ships. Shipping times vary based on location.
Can I see a proof before my mat is made?
To keep our process efficient and turnaround times quick, we do not provide proofs. Rest assured, each design is carefully reviewed before production to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Can I change or cancel my order?
