Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned and refunded within 14 days after receiving the item. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@pinkrosepersonals.com within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Personalized/Custom Orders
Due to the nature of personalized and custom items, they may not be returned nor refunded unless it is a mistake made by our company. Please ensure all names and monograms are spelled correctly and in the correct format. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@pinkrosepersonals.com within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, a mistake was made in personalization, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When requesting a refund for a non-personalized item, you will be emailed a return receipt, and once the item has been received by our company, the refund will be issued back to you.
